Unique Vases

Here’s a clever idea I found on a blog called Ruffled…a way to create vases from the metal sheets used for radiator covers!  I saw this idea a while back so when I spotted a FREE table with these type of metal sheets on it this weekend at a yard sale, I snatched them just for this purpose!  Perfect for this craft!  I love finding ways to cleverly use items and especially to repurpose an item – I am always looing for ways to do this!
Here’s what Ruffled did:
DIY lanterns made from radiator perforated metal sheets
Isn’t this a cool idea?

Here’s my take on this:

You could also use them for candles and that
would really look nice, too!
Maybe on an outdoor table?
I think it looks cute…except Ruffled’s pictures are WAY better
and the flowers are WAY prettier, but
you get the idea.
