Peanut butter kiss cookies are a favorite of mine. I make them every year and the kids love them.
Well, they love eating the kiss off the cookie anyway!
Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 cup butter softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 bag chocolate kisses
And here are the instructions on making
these delectable goodies:
Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla and hand-mix until well combined.
Add baking soda, salt, and flour and mix together.
Roll into 1 inch balls (if desired, you can roll each
ball into sugar)
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees
for 8 minutes.
Immediately when done baking, gently press a chocolate kiss
into the center of each cookie.
Place on a cooling rack and let cool completely.
Now pour yourself a cup of cold milk and enjoy your
delicious cookies!
I’ll be linking this recipe to my blogging pal Sarah of Alderberry Hill‘s part of the Season 2012 Link Party on Christmas Recipes which will be UP TOMORROW!

Oh my goodness, my mouth is watering!! I am so making these tomorrow! Thanks for the delicious idea! Wish I had a few right now….
My grandkids love these and they are on the top of the baking list each Christmas – I just made two batches yesterday and hope they last…lol…
These are my husband’s favorite. Sometimes I used choc stars, no unwrapping and they are a little flatter when packing them.
Mmmm these are some of my favorite cookies! They look so good!!!!! I wasn’t planning on making these this year, but now I’m thinking I may have to bake a batch! Merry Christmas!
