I recently moved to a new town…actually back to my hometown after 10 years in Northeast PA. Funny how that worked out. The Lord was very good to me as he provided a rental home with an awesome 2-car garage perfect for all my tinkering, painting and various projects. Right now, I am busy in there! The snow and cold has presented somewhat of a hinderance, but spring is in the air. Despite snow and ice, I feel Sping is trying to break through. The other day I was out sledding with the kids while basking in the warm light of the sun. It is coming!
In the meantime, I have lots in process in my awesome garage and I thought I would tell you a little more about what I am working on just for the fun of it!
This is a stunning chest that I am painting up for a client for her baby’s nursery.
I am painting it is Trophy Milk Paint with light distressing.
Isn’t it perfection?
I adore this gorgeous beauty.
I am almost done with her. She just needs some finishing touches that I hope to finish up tomorrow.
Yep, that will get me rolling out of bed in the morning!
This is a sweet dresser and matching nightstand I scored this week off Craigslist.
I am still planning what I will do with this amazing set.
All I know for sure is that my vision will involve milk paint.
I am painting up a set of drum tables for a friend of mine.
I am excited to finish them for her!
I didn’t show you two pieces that are being picked up this week and a set of bookshelves for our home that are awaiting painting. Oh yeah, and then there is that old chair and a sofa table…
Furniture in, furniture out.
That is just how I roll.
Here’s to hoping tomorrow is an uber productive work day!
