I purchased this sweet old gal from a friend of mine who was in need of thinning out her stash of awesome furniture pieces.
Yes, I can help!
This old beauty was so pretty AND she came with an amazing mirror.
She did have damaged veneer and was missing quite a bit of it - it also had a fair amount of animal damage I suspected from an overly energetic and unsurprised puppy.
After much filling, she was ready for paint.
That is my favorite part.
I painted her up in Benjamin Moore’s Point Pleasant …I think this creamy white was the perfect paint for her.
I also replaced the original hardware which was missing with gorgeous green cut-glass knobs from D. Lawless Hardware.
You can find this exact knob HERE if you are interested.
They are just the most lovely shade of green
Now that is what I call a makeover.
From homely to gorgeous.
And who doesn’t love a good makeover?
