This washstand is part of a matching set I purchased the other week.
I chose to paint the two pieces differently rather than sell them as a set.
Sets always seem more difficult to me to sell.
Here is the sister piece:

Her sister looked like this before I went to work on her with my paint brush…
She is such an amazing old washstand!
Washstand are always a challenge to find to redo as everyone seems to want them.
In addition to that, they are usually priced a little high for me to make it worthwhile for me to redo and sell them.
This beauty fell into my price range 🙂
I was a happy girl!!
I chose to paint this up in Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Kitchen Scale…one of my absolute favorites!
I distressed her and sealed her up in Miss Mustard Seed’s Hemp Oil when I was all finished.
Now she SHINES!
Isn’t she so charming?
I love her.
She is amazing!
I love when a good plan comes together.
