Ooops…I did it again.
I painted a piece without snapping a picture of it first.
Why do I do that??
I like to show you the before so that you can fully appreciate the after and how far it has come.
I also love to showcase the awesomeness that painting a piece can create!
So…without further ado…I painted up the cutest dresser using Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint in Artissimo.
Artissimo is the most rich and gorgeous shade of navy blue I have ever seen.
I distressed the dresser once I painted on three coats of that glorious milk paint.
I sealed up the dresser using Miss Mustard Seed’s Furniture Wax.
The original wood top was very nice…I wanted to keep it natural.
It just needed some sanding to sand out some scratches.
I sanded and stained it in a few coats of Minwax’s Dark Walnut stain and then sealed it up in Polycrylic.
I kept the cute original knobs because I kinda liked them against the navy with the wood top.
How cute is this dresser?
Such a cool piece with those ball feet.
What a looker!
