I purchased this dresser many months ago over the summer.
It was a great find and despite being very excited to paint it, it sat for awhile as we had to shift gears to shopping for a home and then packing to move.
It was a great summer full of good things, but far too much work and stress than I had imagined.
So…this sweet dresser sat untouched for a long time.
Then we moved.
Once we settled in, I wanted to get back to painting, but wouldn’t you know it…
The mirror that this dresser came with was missing a mirror screw and I couldn’t get that daggone mirror attached.
So….I put off painting it again and I began to search for the hardware I needed.
So after all that hubbub…I finally found the hardware I needed thanks to a sweet neighbor.
I was able to finally paint her up!
I had these two colors in my studio and I wanted to try to mix them up and see what color I could create.
I recalled this dresser that Marion had painted in Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint and I was drawn to it:

So I mixed Layla’s Mint and Eulalie’s Sky at a one-to-one ratio with Miss Mustard Seed’s Bonding Agent and got to work!
I am so pleased with how pretty the color turned out and how perfectly suited it is for this dresser!
This is probably one of my most favorite pieces – isn’t she ADORABLE???
I sealed her up with Miss Mustard Seed’s Hemp Oil by the way 😉
AND….I added the CUTEST knobs that you ever did see!
I was being honest when I said she is the most adorable dresser you ever did see!
I wish I could have KEPT her, but alas I dropped her off at Blue Dandelion by Tiffany in Strasburg to be placed up for sale.
She’s available there for $379 if you are local to the Lancaster area.
Have a blessed day my friends and thanks for swinging by!
